Vegetable growing is one of the important branches of agriculture, which plays an important role in providing food for our country. Providing the population with vegetable products year–round is one of the main tasks. The consumption of fresh vegetables is one of the components of a healthy lifestyle. The level of development of this industry depends on many factors: climatic, social and economic. This article discusses the main problems and prospects for the development of this industry.
