The purpose of this study is to analyze agricultural activities and their impact on the conservation of natural objects and the environment. Among the factors negatively affecting the preservation of natural objects and the ecological quality of the environment, it should be especially noted the production and economic activities of enterprises and organizations of industry and agriculture. Much in this matter depends on human capital staff, their environmental awareness and environmental culture, environmental education and environmental outlook, compliance with the rules of environmental law and order. Human capital working in agriculture and agro-industrial production is gradually acquiring an ecological culture and an ecological worldview, which contributes to the observance of environmental law and order and compliance with the requirements of environmental legislation. This article sets out federal environmental laws governing the economic activities of agricultural producers. Agricultural workers are obliged to know and observe these legislative acts, since without the greening of agricultural activity there can be no future for the agricultural economy, it is very important that the current workers of agricultural organizations understand this and predict their activities in agriculture by potential personnel living in rural areas today.
